success. The thing that is different about Trish is she is wholistic in
her approach to training and takes time to educate about nutrition and
the reason for doing specific exercises to make the improvements I want
to make. She has helped me a lot over the last four months and I am
making progress on MY goals! I have lost 8 pounds (probably more, but I
